Saint Padre Pio Family Medicine, PLLC

Thanks be to God for enabling me to again provide primary care services to the people of North Idaho.

As a solo self-employed family physician, I have the flexibility to individualize your treatment, to emphasize natural treatments whenever possible, to make home visits to homebound patients, and to communicate with you personally without telephone trees.

This clinic is dedicated to St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, Italy (1887–1968), who healed souls as well as bodies through numerous miracles.

My medical training was at John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, HI, followed by a Family Practice Residency in St. Louis, MO, completed in 1984.

My work has been in community health centers in St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, and Broadwater County, MT, and also with the Indian Health Service for 11 years on the Fort Belknap reservation in MT.

I have been in solo private practice in North Idaho since 2004, first in Coeur d’Alene, and later in my home in Rathdrum.

I was a caregiver for my mother-in-law until she passed in 2024. I worked for a few months for Hagadone Clinic and am now resuming my own practice.
I am board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. I am also certified to perform DOT physicals.

My clinic is accessible to people in wheelchairs. I see people of all ages and accept Medicare, Idaho Medicaid, many insurance plans, and self-pay patients.
